1. Merchant information
1.1. These rules for handling personal data of the merchant Miroslav Kantor - TacticalPro.cz, registered office: Na Olšinách 366/5, 737 01, Český Těšín, Identification number: 15442977, VAT number: CZ6310111852, registered in the trade register kept by the Český Těšín Municipal Office, Ref. no.: ŽÚ/2388/2010/Ras/3, Sp. mark: ŽÚ/2388/2010/Ras (hereinafter referred to as "Miroslav Kantor") regulate the principles of processing personal data of visitors to the website www.tacticalpro.cz. (hereinafter referred to as the "website"), in particular their registered users (hereinafter referred to as the "user") and customers who place an order via the website (hereinafter referred to as the "customer").
1.2. Miroslav Kantor acts as the controller when processing personal data and thus determines the purpose and means for which personal data will be processed.

2. What data do we process?
2.1. Data provided by customers. We process personal data about users and customers. Primarily, the personal data that you provide to us when registering on www.tacticalpro.cz or when creating your order is processed.
2.2. This data includes in particular the e-mail address and, in the case of customers, the name and surname, address, telephone number and payment details. If you wish, you can also provide other data, such as the address of work or a note on possible delivery times.
2.3. Data obtained through cookies. To better target advertising campaigns and improve the offer of products and services, we use information about the goods that our customers have purchased. If you have enabled cookies in your browser and agree to their use, we obtain data about website visits, products viewed and other activity on the website.
2.4. Miroslav Kantor does not collect or otherwise process any sensitive personal data, including, for example, data about your health, religion or beliefs, etc.
3. For what purposes do we process data?
3.1. To process your order, i.e. to fulfill the contract between us and the customer, we use your name and surname and contact details. Data processing in this case includes all activities from registering the order, its processing, including payment and delivery of the ordered goods. If the data is not provided, we cannot process your order.
3.2. In order to better target advertising and promotion, we process data on website visits, viewed products and other website activity when using cookies. Processing is possible only on the basis of your consent to the use of the relevant cookies. This consent is also completely voluntary. As a rule, we obtain statistics, analyses and reports on the behavior of website users based on the data provided. On their basis, it is then possible to better target advertising or adapt the content of the website to what you are really interested in and what you are looking for, or what is of interest to a larger group of users in general. In this case, the processing of personal data is usually automated. If you want to prohibit the storage of cookies on your device, you can change the settings directly in your browser. If you prohibit us from storing cookies, some parts of our website may not work properly.
4. Who has access to the data?
5.1. Personal data is primarily processed by our employees. All persons having access to personal data are bound by confidentiality and this obligation continues even after their cooperation with us has ended.
5.2. As the controller, we entrust the processing of personal data to other entities, such as processors. A processor is any entity that processes personal data for us for the purposes and in the manner that we specify. In cases where your consent is required for processing, we transfer data to processors only if you have given your consent. We transfer only the data to processors that they absolutely need to provide their services. The processors we use include:
- shipping companies – Czech Post, sp, Direct Parcel Distribution CZ, sro, PPL CZ sro
- Google LLC (online marketing tools)
- Facebook, Inc. (online marketing tools)
- Seznam.cz, as (online marketing tools)
6. How long do we process data?
6.1. We process personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the contract throughout the entire period of processing the order, including its payment and delivery of the goods. By law, we subsequently retain some of the data contained in accounting documents.
6.2. We process data obtained for marketing purposes through cookies for the entire duration of your consent to the use of cookies, i.e. for the period during which you allow the storage of cookies in your browser, or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for this purpose.
6.3. We only process personal data beyond the specified periods if it is necessary to comply with the obligations arising from legal regulations that apply to us.
7. What are your rights?
7.1. In connection with the processing of personal data, you can contact us and request:
Information about the personal data we process, the purpose and nature of the processing of personal data, including information about any recipients of personal data outside of us. General information about personal data processing activities is contained in these rules.
Access to the data you have provided to us, whether during registration or placing an order. If you exercise this right, we will confirm to you whether and what specific personal data are being processed and, where applicable, this data will be made available to you together with information about its processing.
Correction of personal data if it is in any way inaccurate or incomplete. Only if the data is up-to-date can we correctly process your order.
Explanation and elimination of the defective status (e.g. blocking, correction, addition or destruction of personal data) if you believe that we are processing personal data in violation of the protection of your personal and private life or in violation of legal regulations.
Erasure of personal data (the so-called right to be forgotten) or restriction of processing if they are no longer needed for the stated purposes or if we no longer have a legitimate reason to process the personal data, including cases where you do not consent to their further processing. We will destroy your data in whole or in part as part of fulfilling the stated conditions.
Transfer of automatically processed personal data obtained based on your consent from Miroslav Kantor to another entity, where Miroslav Kantor will transfer your personal data in a commonly used format to you or another administrator according to your wishes.
7.2. Furthermore, customers may object to the processing of personal data in the case of sending commercial communications or evaluating purchasing preferences, on the basis of which we will immediately terminate the processing of personal data for these purposes.
7.3. In addition to the above-mentioned rights, you always have the option of contacting the Office for Personal Data Protection with a complaint in the event of a breach of obligations.
8. Security
8.1. We take care of the security of your data. Personal data is handled in full compliance with applicable legal regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
8.2. All personal data in electronic form are stored in databases and systems that are accessible only to persons who need to handle the personal data directly for the purposes specified in these rules, and only to the extent necessary. Access to this personal data is protected by a password and a firewall.
